Fr. Fergal O’Neill is a native of Shannon; was ordained in Dec 2008 in Shannon by Bishop Walsh. Having completed his Theology Studies, Fergal did his final year of Formation and was ordained Deacon in Birr Parish, Co. Offaly. Since Ordination, Fergal has been serving in Ennis Parish. His responsibilities include the Cathedral Altar Servers and he is also Chaplain to the students of Rice College and Ennis National School
