Archbishop Eugene is chief celebrant at the 12 noon Mass on this Sunday, April 11th in the
Cathedral.
We welcome Eugene’s family and friends, his two aunties living in Ennis -
Josephine Craig, Meadowcourt, Clonroad & Margaret Holmes, Oakpark.
Eugene spent three years in Parish Ministry here in Ennis from 1984-87.
For the last 23years, he has worked in the Diplomatic Service
for the Holy See in Turkey, Israel & Hong Kong.
He has been appointed Papal Nuncio to the
Indian ocean Island state of Madagascar.
Archbishop Eugene has been given the titular
see of Dunshaughlin Co Meath.
