A guided walk through Corrovorrin Graveyard with commentary on the history of the graveyard with some noteable graves and vaults by Clare Roots Society. The walk will also take in the old Ursukine Convent and it’s burials.Sunday 22nd August @ 11.00am; ~Admission is free

Mon 23rd August @ 7.30pm “Castles fallin’ and Dunghills risin’ -. A view of 19th century vernacular building in Clare” by Dick Cronin;

Wed 25th August @ 7.30pm “Bio-Diversity and the five senses”, by Shane Casey; Admission is free to both events.

Genealogy Day
Come along to ‘Genealogy Day’ at DeValera Library, Ennis on Tue 24th August and pick up tips, hints and ideas to get you started on the journey to knowing your heritage. Throughout the day, four introductory talks will be delivered on tracing family tree in Clare. It runs from 11.00am till 4.00pm. Storytelling Event
De Valera Public Library, Harmony Row, Ennis.
