Are you interested to learn about Grief and Loss and how to Support the Bereaved?

Milford Care Centre is offering a Bereavement Support Education Programme (BSEP), running one evening a week for twelve weeks plus one weekend. The course uses a combination of teaching methods including presentations, group work and personal exercises. The purpose of this course is to provide knowledge, information and skills to give a better understanding and perspective on your own grief experience and how to support others. The course is not suitable for those who have experienced a significant loss in the previous two years.

An Information Evening for the programme is taking place on the 11th January 2017 at 7.00pm in Milford Care Centre, Castletroy, Limerick (next to University of Limerick entrance)and all those interested should attend this evening to see if the programme will meet their needs and arrange to meet the course facilitator. The BSEP commences on the 1st of February 2017 and will run over 12 consecutive Wednesday evenings with a non-residential personal development weekend from the 17.02.17 to 19.02.17.

 Fees apply and some bursaries are available.
