The popular Community Challenge at Clare Garden Festival ‘Pop-Up Garden Community Challenge’ is now open for applications. The festival asks groups to create a small garden based on their interpretation of the theme ‘Gardeners Friends’ Garden’(the friends of course being all the beneficial animals and insects in the garden that help the gardener every day); the gardens will be displayed and judged at Clare Garden Festival on 29th April 2018. A lucrative first prize of €400 for the winning group is supported by Clare County council Environment section, further prizes will be in place.
