A Beautiful Advent Tradition: The Blessing of the Christ Child. Each year on the Third Sunday of Advent families gather in St. Peter’s Square in Rome for “Bambinelli Sunday.” Join us on the third Sunday of Advent/Saturday Vigil Masses16/17th December for our Bambinelli Sunday. Families are invited to bring along their ‘Baby Jesus’ Crib Figure for a Special Blessing and then take them. They will take them and place them into their Crib at their home.
