& our texting no. is 087 260 90 90.  We have 100 Volunteers here in the centre in Ennis – they come from all over the county and last year we answered over 41,000 calls at our branch.

Samaritans vision is that fewer people die by suicide. Our commitment is to provide emotional support to our callers, to be non –judgemental, to be there and to listen and give our callers the space and time to work through their struggles. By doing this we help towards reducing the numbers of people who feel that suicide is their only option.
