The Annual Novena to St Anthony begins this Wednesday 4th June in the Friary. There will be two sessions daily at 10.00am and 7.30pm and on Sunday at 10.30am. The Novena concludes on the Feast of St. Anthony, 13th June, with the Blessing of Lilies at all Masses and the Blessing of Children at 4.00pm. We welcome Fr. Kieran Fitzsimons OFM from England who will conduct this year’s Novena. St. Anthony Brief magazine will be on sale during the Novena for €2.00 a copy in both the Friary and Cathedral, supporting the Franciscan Friars in their missionary work and also helping spread devotion to St. Anthony.
