The day began in Ennis with the blessing of the shamrock by Frs. Tom & Joy with members of the 22nd Battalion at the Bishop Walsh Plaza followed by the celebration of the Eucharist led by pupils and staff of Rice College. After Mass it was off to the parade led by Grand Marshall, Ennis native Mick O’Dea. Our thanks to photographers John O’Neill and Pat Hanrahan.
