62 Pupils from Ennis National School were confirmed at three different ceremonies in the Cathedral of SS Peter & Paul on Saturday 25th July. The original ceremony was planned for Friday 13th March, the day lockdown began.

Our thanks to all who enriched the ceremonies through song, reading, and praying. Our thanks to school principal Mr Brian Troy, teachers Ms Lourdes Roseingrave, Mr Eamon Cory, Mr Gary Walsh, Ms Fiona de Buileir, and Faith Friends Leaders who accompanied the pupils in their preparations. A very special thanks to Sr Betty Curtin, our Parish Sister, who co-ordinated all the preparations between home, school, and parish, and to teachers, Anne McMahon and Michelle McCormack for the music and also past pupil Paladia for the beautiful singing.
