Work on the restoration of the floor of the Cathedral has started. Work is progressing slowly but steadily as it is an intricate and time-consuming project however, in recent days the first signs of beauty have appeared. Many people of an older generation will remember the original tiles which are now being worked upon to bring them back to their original beauty. In the course of the work, we have discovered three unmarked graves so far. Research is ongoing as to who they might be.
