Bishop Fintan has just published a pastoral letter entitled “Going Forward in Faith, Hope, and Love”. This letter is the culmination of the fruits of the different conversations that were had across the diocese which he hosted with each Pastoral Area. The letter addresses our current reality as a diocese, offers some constructive suggestions and action plans and it instils hope that together as God’s People we can journey and support each other on this journey of faith. This letter in many ways is inviting us out of a maintenance model of church to a church with is missionary in its outlook and in its endeavours.
