Work is continuing on the heating conversion from oil to Natural Gas.

* New heating boiler delivered to site;

* Heating-services trench excavated and pipework installation underway;

* Plant-room upgrades for the new heating system in progress;

* Preliminary enabling works for the new front steps due to commence in early September.

There is no parking in the Cathedral Grounds while this work is in progress. We thank the many people who have made contributions to the Cathedral Renovation Appeal to allow this work to happen. We all look forward to a warm and comfortable Cathedral this winter.
